We may use the Solea dental laser system for several reasons, but one of the most common is managing dental anxiety.
Dental anxiety is a common issue that affects many people, preventing them from getting the care they need from the dentist. Previous treatments, trauma, or dental tools can all contribute to dental anxiety, so it’s our mission to provide the comfort you deserve.
Using a focused beam of CO2, the Solea dental laser can help our doctors perform a number of procedures, like fillings and crown lengthenings, without causing as much discomfort as drills would. In some cases, you may not even need anesthetic.

Cavities

Fillings
Your dentist may use the Solea laser to remove decay in your tooth caused by bacteria. This helps clear the way to fill the hole with materials like amalgam or metall. You may experience a cold sensation, but the numbing should prevent you from feeling any discomfort.
